Kristin, a Chicago native, relocated to Manhattan after college and spent 28 years there, starting in financial services as a research analyst and later as an editor at The Wall Street Journal. She then transitioned to healthcare, leading operations, strategy, and relationship building for almost 20 years.

After over two decades of visiting Sarasota and Lakewood Ranch, Kristin moved to Florida eight years ago for a better lifestyle and to be closer to family. Now a real estate agent, she leverages her strategic thinking and problem-solving skills to guide clients through buying or selling homes.
